I stayed in an Airbnb in the building, which is within walking distance of everything, including the beach. The annoying part was that people kept trying to hustle me or sell me things all day long.

Omar and his wife run the building, and they're wonderful people.

The studio they gave us was right by the road, and we heard traffic all night. The apartment was comfortable, though the beds had spring mattresses. We had two apartments, and one was completely undecorated. I'd guess they're not pet-friendly, since they asked right when we arrived whether our dog was on the reservation. The person who greeted us sounded polite in an ironic way, and whenever something came up they sent us to the booking site, saying they don't manage it.

Watch out when booking. They took the reservation amount from my card, then removed the free cancellation dates to justify keeping the money. They don't refund it or accept cancellation requests, and seem to use the changed policy to charge you or force you to stay. They're scammers.

The location is perfect, quite close to Rodadero beach and the Arrecife Shopping Centre. The hotel is comfortable and quiet, with spacious, clean rooms and 24-hour service. Staff are very attentive to what you need.
