The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and good. Reception was poor, and breakfast was a disaster: there wasn’t enough space or food for everyone, and both the quality and service were poor.

It’s a comfortable, convenient, nice place, but a few details need maintenance. The shower glass needs cleaning, and the curtains are torn.

I used the facilities for a conference, though I wasn’t staying at the hotel. There are several conference rooms, good infrastructure, and lots of parking. It was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The location is very good too.

There’s plenty of space in both the room and bathroom, and the service is very friendly. I also liked the food at the restaurant. A very nice hotel, highly recommended if you’re in Sincelejo.

I had a relaxing stay, with excellent service and very comfortable rooms. It was one of the best times I’ve had here.
