We spent two nights in the glamping tents, had dinner at the restaurant twice, and shared a picnic for two. Breakfast came with the stay. The campsite was beautifully decorated, and the large tent was impressive. The bathroom was stellar, with a gorgeous shower and very hot water, and they cleaned it daily. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the trails had lots of little surprises along the way. Our dog had a blast too. We'd recommend it!

Beautiful views, fresh air, and cozy beds in lovely glamping-style accommodations. It's a five-star venue, but sadly very expensive. You could make it work for one night, enjoy the amenities and restaurant, choose the veggie option or full BBQ, and go hiking. That makes for an excellent two-day, one-night adventure.

Camping here gave us all the comfort we needed, while keeping us close to nature and part of a beautiful landscape. We had an amazing time. Everyone was kind and always tried to help with whatever we needed. We can't wait to come back, and highly recommend it.

We liked the concept, but the place is deteriorating and it seems they don't care about keeping the tents clean or maintained. Ours was full of mold and dust, the zipper on the cabin tent was broken, and there was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. The manager was nowhere to be seen. Employees were smoking and rude, and customer service was lacking. For the price, you'd expect a certain level of luxury, but that wasn't what we got. The food was average with few options. The caves were the best part of the trip. We got back to the hotel at 2pm, exhausted, but couldn't shower because our room hadn't been cleaned. There were only two couples staying there, and the cleaning lady chose to do the empty rooms first. We wanted to take a bike trip, but there was nobody available to take us. It needs someone in charge to bring some order to the place.

The trails and views are amazing. I especially recommend doing the barefoot "Camino de mil pasos". There's outdoor rock climbing for beginners of any age, and our instructors, Juan y Carolina, were amazing. The restaurant view is beautiful, though the food was nothing special. Still good, and definitely get the patacones con carne. I'd give the place 4.5 stars.
