We booked by phone and paid with confidence, and the hotel kept our reservation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, and breakfast was offered. Customer service was very good, so we have no complaints about our stay or the accommodations. The Wi-Fi didn't work, though, possibly because of network outages across Tumaco.

Rooms were lovely and cozy, and the prices were the most affordable. Everything was very clean, and the service was excellent. I'd highly recommend it as the best hotel in El Morro.
