Getting there by car was a nightmare. The hotel is right in the market, with awful smells, and the whole experience was terrible. I wouldn't recommend it, and it doesn't deserve even one star.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The rooms smell musty and are in very poor condition, with dirty walls and old beds and mattresses. The parking access is a mess because motorcycles or cars are always parked at the entrance, leaving you to move them yourself. Nobody from the hotel helps. The room is near a plaza, so there's always a bad smell around.

It's an affordable, popular hotel in the area, and the service is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and very nice. The location is the most interesting part: right in the market, beside a pharmacy and the bus stop for routes across Tumaco, as well as vehicles heading to nearby rural areas.

The receptionist was very friendly. This seems like a hotel for short stays, and the room did smell damp. For the price, I think they could improve it.
