The room was clean, though it didn't have many amenities. The pool is small but well kept. The food was very good, but the restaurant hours weren't convenient. When we stayed, it was open from 12-6pm. The staff were very friendly, but clearly understaffed: the person checking us in also handled the bar, served food, and carried bags. Given the low price, that's understandable. The hotel is a few miles outside Cartagena.

The rooms are modern and tidy, and the price seems fair for the quality, which I'd compare to a top hotel brand such as Hilton or Marriott. The fresh, scenic jungle-like climate makes for a relaxing break from Cartagena's pace. Staff were friendly and quick to help. Disfruta.
