Hotel Orquídea 19

I wouldn't recommend staying here. On one occasion they moved my belongings to a different room without asking me or even having me there. Another time, an employee spoke rudely and said I couldn't stay because there was no parking, and they wouldn't take responsibility if something happened to my vehicle. Then, with no warning and in a disrespectful way, an employee told me and my family we had to leave that very day, after we'd already been staying several days. They said it was because the rooms we occupied had another reservation. Those are three unpleasant experiences I've had.

The terrace is a lovely, breezy place to sit. They also leave bottled water and coffee makers on each floor for guests. Rooms are clean, and some have plenty of space.

A nice, comfortable room and excellent, friendly service.

The location is great, and the hotel is comfortable. Service was excellent.
