The staff are very friendly, and it's a decent place if you're on a budget. The rooms are apartments, but they come unfurnished, which seemed odd and not very practical to me.

The guy working that night treated me well when I arrived at midnight and left at noon. Still, the service overall was awful. I got charged for taking half an hour to pick up my bag, and they demanded extra time money in a bad way. Miserliness has its ways...

The facilities were clean and pleasant, parking was available, and the service was good.

My favorite part was the terrace on the fifth floor, with its lovely view over the city and surrounding mountains. The hotel is near the center, with several places to eat and drink nearby. Breakfast is offered, though there isn't much of it, but it was very good. The reception staff were friendly and helpful every time I needed something. It felt safe to walk around during the day.
