The bathroom was in terrible shape: instead of the transparent sliding doors shown in the booking.com photo, there was a filthy curtain that wouldn't close, so water spilled everywhere. The toilet seat was broken and the sink faucet was broken too. The bed creaked badly, and the rooms looked nothing like the photos on booking.com. They advertise free Wi-Fi, but we weren't given that service. The breakfast wasn't anything like the pictures either, and the dining room chairs were broken. After the incident, there was no food left in front of the rooms, just soap and toilet paper. Paying 3,700,000 for this awful service felt like a complete scam. A relative went there on their own without booking through booking.com. They were charged 80,000 a night on Monday and Tuesday, then 160,000 per night starting Wednesday. They're thieves, loan sharks, and liars. Unbelievable.

It's right in the city center, but there's a lot of noise from outside and the staff member's service is practically nonexistent. They don't guarantee reservations either. On my first visit, I got a room because some were still available. The second time, they gave my room to another guest, I assume, and I had to contact other hotels.

The people here are kind, though the place could use a little more effort and heart. Still, it's fine for spending a night and switching off for a while.

We had to leave because there was no water to flush the toilet or even wash our hands. Poor maintenance is causing hygiene and sanitation problems. The owner and employees didn't seem to care about how much we wanted or needed a solution. Terrible service.

There's no parking at the hotel, though you can park a block away. One of the men at reception was grumpy, and the laundry price was really high at 6,000 pesos per item. They should improve that. The place itself is nice.
