Hotel Beth Sarim By Legendary

The price felt just right, and the service was great. The courtyard and landscaping are lovely, with a wonderful atmosphere and historic design. The inside is a little dated, but it’s very well kept. I’m not sure why this is rated as a three-star hotel.

The staff were warm and ready to help, and the parking was in good shape and handy for anyone arriving by car. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the rooms carry on the hotel’s charming colonial style. We had a very pleasant stay with nothing to complain about. It’s good value, especially when booked ahead.

The place itself is nice, but the service was awful, and I’ll never return. I’ve never been treated so badly. Karen, the manager, acted as if we were staying for free. She asked us to leave a good Airbnb review and said she would give us a good rating, then left us a generic negative comment. Check the other reviews too, they even deny renting an apartment through Airbnb.

Everyone loved your hotel, and it’ll always mean a lot to us. Thanks so much for all the help you gave us over our wedding weekend. It wouldn’t have been the same without you. You and your team took such great care of us. Big hugs 💓
