The tents each have their own toilet and shower, and there’s also the cutest, biggest dog. Such a great glamping spot.

The owner showed no understanding of customer service. It felt like, in the end, he just wanted to get more money out of us. We’d asked for a tent for three and they confirmed it, but when we arrived, they put us in with two other people. Since we had a dog, they then told us we had to leave by midnight. We said we’d go if they arranged another hotel for us, so they moved the other two people to a different tent and made us pay for their beds. If we refused, we had to leave our dog outside, where it could get hurt by their pet. Their dog had already acted aggressively toward ours.
The place looks nice, but our stay was awful. We booked a private room and arrived to find ourselves assigned to a shared one, then had to pay extra for the accommodation we’d reserved. We also brought a large dog, thinking that would be fine since it was glamping. The owner suggested leaving him outside with an even bigger dog, where they were clearly likely to fight and hurt each other. When we wouldn’t agree, he told us to leave at 11 p.m. We got terrible service, paid more for the room we had booked, and were kicked out close to midnight. We had to leave first thing in the morning, well before checkout. Awful.
Carolina and Harold took wonderful care of us. The place is spectacular, with a beautiful view, a comfortable and clean setting, and a special sense of calm and energy. Really amazing, and highly recommended.
We loved our stay. The glamping was really comfortable, with a safe, a private bathroom, and a spectacular view.
