Hotel Termales el Otoño

Logging behind the hotel is tearing down the beautiful landscape, and people can hear and see it happening. Management is terrible, so the service is consistently poor. The amenities are good and the scenery would be wonderful if it were protected, but instead this was a negative experience for tourists.

The hot springs were clean and beautiful, and I loved the architecture, with nature all around. The rooms were okay, but nothing special for the price. Food was ordinary, and the menu had very few choices. It's a remote place, which is fine if you're looking to disconnect, but the road there passes factories and that takes away from the atmosphere a bit.

The thermal pools were wonderful and the food was good. Our room was clean and ready early, and check-in was handled efficiently, thanks to Carlos. If you'd rather avoid music, there's a separate quiet pool area. I've seen a few negative reviews, but our experience was all positive.

The hot springs and the views were the only highlights. The rest of the stay was disappointing for the price. The shower was clogged, the shampoo containers in the room were empty, and the restaurant service was very poor. The food wasn't good, and the menus were dirty sheets of paper clipped to a clipboard. Breakfast came with the room as a buffet, but the lines were long and disorganized. The rooms and hallways felt extremely plain, with no warmth or decor. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I rarely write negative reviews, but my family and I had such a bad experience that I wouldn't want other families to go through it.
