The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything needed, and breakfast was delicious and filling. But the night staff seemed not to care that guests needed rest. The noise and light were unbearable, and even after guests had complained about it before, the problem kept happening.

The room itself was pleasant and clean, the staff were attentive, and breakfast was good. The trouble was the noise from other rooms and the hallways, which made it hard to sleep and left us uncomfortable. We noticed a couple arriving after paying for a short stay, so it seemed the hotel might also be used as a motel. For much of the night, we could clearly hear couples being intimate.

At a very good price, you get a clean, comfortable, quiet place with hot water and breakfast. The people were very friendly.

They treated us really well. The rooms were roomy, neat, and clean, breakfast was good, and the service was good too. The price felt fair for what they provide.

The rooms felt welcoming and were very nice, with good value for the money. It's a good place to stay overnight, and I'll definitely book there again when I come back to Pereira.
