The staff provide excellent service, and the hotel is nice and very representative of their culture. It feels a little expensive for what’s provided, though: there’s no warm water, air conditioning, or TV in the bedroom.

It’s a simple, quiet, beautiful place, and you get what you pay for. There’s no AC, but the service is great. It’s a traditional "finca llanera".

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I had to choose between sleeping in my car and staying there, I'd take the car. The 6 pm door closure is absurd: arrive later, even with a booking-platform reservation, and you're out of luck. The platforms don't warn you, either, and staff bluntly say only people named on the reservation can enter. It feels like a rehabilitation center, or even a prison, rather than a hotel. A terrible experience.

We ended up unable to stay there. They won't let you arrive after 6 pm because, apparently, opening the gate is too much trouble. If that's the policy, they may as well rent offices that close at the same time as the hotel. Booking.com shouldn't have an agreement with them when it gives no information about arrival hours. The whole setup is ridiculous, like a hotel with office hours.
