Hotel villa luna

There was only one parking spot for a car, and it cost an extra 10,000 pesos. The room itself was dirty when we arrived: the sheets, bathroom, and floor were filthy. The receptionist said it had already been cleaned and left that way. Water leaked from the bathroom and flooded the room, and the receptionist's service and appearance were terrible. The room photos don't match reality. This hotel really lacks cleanliness.

The street noise came straight through gaps in the windows, and resting was impossible. The rooms were damp, the beds and pillows unhygienic, and the bathrooms awful. This was one of the worst places I've stayed, a real trap. I've attached photos and videos showing the terrible facilities. At the entrance, there was a sofa where the receptionist slept. She had to do everything and was paid very poorly. The way employees are treated is appalling. I told the owner about the problems when I met him, and he said he didn't care because he didn't sleep there. As tourists who don't know the industry, we don't recommend this place. A hotel is supposed to let you rest, but all this place gave us was headaches because we couldn't rest or sleep.

It was far too hot and unpleasant to rest in. The rooms don't look like the advertised photos, and there's no pool or air conditioning. The mattresses and pillows are hard, the sheets torn, and the place is damp with a bad smell. Nothing seems maintained: it's unpainted, doors and tables are damaged, wires are exposed, the bathroom sink is broken and leaks, the mirrors are dirty, and the shower is rusty. Horrible.

Room 203 had no key, and staff just told us to leave the window open. Their attention was 0/10. The mattress was like a rock, the bathroom dirty, and the interior facilities were deteriorated. Electrical outlets had no covers, and wires were exposed on the air conditioner.
