They didn’t give me any options to choose from in customer service, and we were given the oldest cabin. The nature walk area was closed, and construction was going on everywhere, which made things really uncomfortable. There was no drinking water available, so you had to buy it at a high price. You also had to pay to play any of the games.

The facilities are good, but the customer service was awful. They have three different pools, yet the self-service employees wouldn’t help. They said they couldn’t leave their spot and told us to go get it ourselves. So why bother paying 15,000 COP? Their website promises the best experience, but that wasn’t what we got. Four other customers were in the same situation as me. I definitely don’t recommend it. Management and staff need proper customer service training, and if they advertise something on the website, they should make sure customers actually get it. Otherwise, people are going to leave really upset.

The pools are clean, there’s plenty of green space, and the Olympic village has a football pitch with decent grass. It’s an okay lower-range Colombian holiday spot, but it needs a lot of care and maintenance, a major update, and playgrounds brought into the 21st century.

I went on a company trip and had a really nice experience at this place. There are lots of activities to enjoy, and I’d recommend the hiking. The food, though, wasn’t so good.
