Hotel Mediterraneo Boutique

There’s plenty of room for improvement here. The hotel looks old and needs some care, even though it was once a grand Villeta hotel in the 80s with a rating from the Colombian hoteliers association. With good management, it could be great again. At my breakfast meeting, the table wobbled whenever I tried to cut my food, and the waitress seemed unsure of basic table service. The meal itself wasn’t the best either. I’ve had better breakfasts at local corriente restaurants and even at the farmers market.

Great location, and we really liked the hotel’s character. The restaurant was fantastic, with delicious food and friendly, attentive service. Franlyn was especially professional and helpful. Everything was very clean, too. Five stars, I recommend it.

For a central location, this is the best hotel in town. The service is excellent, it’s comfortable, and the food is my first choice around here. Priceless.

The only downside was street noise in the room. Otherwise, the rooms and bathrooms were great, the spa was very good, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
