The price is reasonable, and there's coffee available at any time. That's about the only upside, which fits the limited services. It's in downtown Yopal, so shops and other services are easy to reach on foot, but there's no parking. The rooms have private bathrooms, though they're uncomfortable, poorly laid out, and don't block sound well. Street noise from bars and pool halls comes through, and rooms inside the hotel pick up all the hallway noise. It's a one-star place with no elevator.

The first of my two nights went smoothly. But when I checked out the next morning, nobody was at reception. We waited over 50 minutes and kept calling to reach the managers. That delay made me an hour late to a business visit I'd already scheduled, and caused me serious problems.

It's in a central spot, the rooms are nice, and the staff provided excellent service. A great hotel, highly recommended.

Clean place, good service, and okay for what it costs. The beds aren't comfortable, though, and there's no parking.
