The views over Yopal and the surrounding landscape were beautiful, and the location felt safe and quiet while still being close to restaurants and the city's main areas. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options. From arrival, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, and the modern room was spotless, comfortable, fresh, and well maintained. I appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. I'll definitely return on my next trip to Casanare. Highly recommended!

The main reason I'm here for a couple of weeks is to add nights toward Hilton Lifetime Diamond status. For the points, this is very good value, and apparently it's the last property in the world with a 5,000-point redemption rate. I liked the immaculate cleanliness, spacious rooms, and the staff, who were friendly, proactive, and mostly professional. You do need fluent Spanish or a translation app in this part of the world. A few extra towels and some tea in the rooms would be nice. The hotel is a good option for earning HH nights, and I might come back next year. The city itself is dirty, has hardly any sidewalks, and isn't somewhere I'd return to unless I were doing a mattress run for status. That's nothing to do with the hotel. It has no pool, just a jacuzzi, a nice but too-small fitness room, and a roof terrace with too many tables. The AC failed every other day, including at night when it was hot, and they keep it off in the public areas most of the time. That's not acceptable. Breakfast was the main disappointment. It was monotonous, with no real highlights, and the food was mostly cold and tasteless. A little more variety and service until 11 a.m. would help. The 6-10 a.m. hours are too early, especially when you can't hear yourself think from 6 to 8:30 because the hotel is full of petrol workers staying there, who aren't very quiet or considerate. It feels more like a workshop cafeteria than a restaurant. A separate area for VIP guests would be thoughtful. Weekends get cramped with guests behaving terribly, as if they've just come out of a cave. Skip breakfast and it's an acceptable hotel.

The kitchen staff were very kind, especially Dairon, Clemente, Paola, Fernanda, Brian and Andres. I'm really grateful to them. This is the best option in Yopal.

The room was clean and tight, the location was great with things to do nearby, and the food was tasty. Service was great too. Antonio was especially kind and friendly at breakfast. Everything about the hotel was amazing.
