The wildlife nearby was a lovely surprise, with local animals to see and nature sounds around the hotel. Hotel Camoruco also felt peaceful despite being close to everything. The rooms and lobby were spotless, and breakfast had a tasty range of fresh choices each morning. Sebastian and Jon at the front desk made arrival easy, were welcoming, and offered helpful recommendations. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back to Hotel Kamaruko.

Some of the better rooms do have heated water in the shower.

The photos online gave us a reason to choose the Camoruco, and the resort turned out even better than we expected. It was a beautiful place, and the staff were great. I was visiting for the first time with my husband, who is from Colombia, and we'd happily recommend staying here.

The staff were really kind and the service was lovely. I liked spending time by the pool at night with a drink, and, if you're lucky like I was, a musician may play just for you. The room wasn't fancy, but it had what I needed. There's a nice coffee place beside the hotel for lunch or dinner. It's a pleasant place to stay, especially if you want a folksy atmosphere. Just keep in mind that breakfast is the only meal provided, so you'll need to find the others elsewhere. #ILoveIt

The breakfast let the place down, but the staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and roomy, with air conditioning and a TV. A nice hotel in Yopal.
