The hotel itself is very good, but the management's policy is unfair. They charge extra for electronic invoices, and when you book several rooms, the fee is charged for every room. It's excessive and irritating. I've never run into this at a hotel before.

Quiet spot right in the shopping area, and the location is good.

Over my 8-day stay, I found the rooms clean, comfortable, and in good condition. The staff provided excellent service, and having parking was useful. It's centrally located, so getting around the city was easy. I'd definitely stay again.

Everything else was excellent, and the service was spectacular. They offer Wi-Fi and parking. The stairs are the one drawback for elderly guests.
