Really great.

A nice place to stay.

We had to stay one night after arriving late, but the service and room left us disappointed. The only bright spot was the restaurant manager, Mr. Jeffry (sorry if I've spelled that wrong), who tried hard to look after us and make up for the poor service elsewhere. The photos on the website didn't match what we found, and the old infrastructure might have been bearable if the service had been better. For what they charge, I expected much more. We found another hotel at the same price with better facilities, service, breakfast, and location. This place's service and rating are no better than a 2-star hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it. We booked a duplex for three people, but the single beds were under 90 cm wide and very small. The only bathroom was upstairs on the second floor. It was spacious, but inconveniently placed for guests. The towels were clean but so rough they'd be better as shower rags, and the sink drain was clogged, so we had to fix it ourselves. There was no greeting when we arrived. The receptionist didn't greet guests, and entering from the parking lot was worse: nobody told us where to park or where the hotel entrance was. No bellhop came to help with our luggage. Breakfast was limited, with little variety in food or drinks, and the organization left a lot to be desired. The nightly cost was excessive for what we got.

The rooms were comfortable and the service excellent. Too bad there's no kitchen, and breakfast is served across the street. The person serving was a bit rude and shared information in bits and pieces.
