We were told at 9 pm the night before arrival that some of the rooms we'd booked wouldn't be available. We'd already paid more than half the total, following their own policies, so this felt really disrespectful. They didn't honor our reservation.

The rooms are roomy and have air conditioning, and I was able to rest even with the hotel right in the city center. The service was excellent.

10/10
The area was fairly quiet, and the bed was comfortable, with a mattress that wasn't hard. The room was great too, and everyone was very friendly. I'd stay here again.

The staff who helped me over my two-day stay were really warm and nice. My room and bathroom were super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There was air conditioning too. Honestly, a 10 out of 10 for me, and I'd definitely come back.

The rooms were clean and well organized, as was the rest of the hotel. It's right in central Yopal, and the service was very good.
