We loved having breakfast delivered to our room. The egg, avocado, bacon, cheese, and refried bean wrap came with fruit and juice or a smoothie, and we watched lots of birds in the lush garden as we ate. The room and patio both looked out onto the garden, and the whole space felt modern, clean, and comfortable. Just remember to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was a relaxing, memorable stay.

The wildlife and peaceful setting were wonderful: monkeys, sloths, butterflies, parrots, and parakeets around the fruit trees. There’s also a pool and a deck with chairs and a hammock. The owner was lovely, and the room was spotless, with thoughtful touches that made it feel homey. Breakfast was generous, with fruit, eggs, cheese, beans, taco or toast, juice, and coffee. I haven’t found a better place in Costa Rica, or elsewhere.

We loved relaxing in the hammock on the covered deck and watching toucans and other wildlife. The detached bungalows have kitchenettes. Thanks for showing us around your amazing property, with all its different plants, and introducing us to the local sloths :)

I loved wandering the garden trails and spending time with the family who run this place. The individual bungalows have no shared walls, and mine had a comfy bed, a dining table with two chairs, a kitchenette, a nice bathroom, and an outdoor terrace overlooking flowering gardens and tree canopy. The terrace had a hammock, chairs, and a table. Everything felt modern and super clean, with screens on the windows and sliding door. There’s A/C, but I didn’t need it. I left the windows open for fresh air and woke to birdsong.
