The views are outstanding, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and clearly well looked after. There's a shared space with a TV, games, and lots of books, plus a pool, hot tub, and plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the warmth and scenery. Drinks and ice are available, and the honor bar has a good range of liquor and wines. A great stay for a very reasonable price. The staff are really great too, and some of them speak excellent English.

The grounds are kept in great shape and the attention to cleanliness really shows. Everyone was so welcoming, from Dave, Paola and the team to our driver Ezekiel. They took wonderful care of us. A very nice place with great views, and it really does feel like a hidden gem.

A comfortable, relaxing place with great coffee and a comfy bed and pillows. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained, and the setting is scenic and secure. Lots of thoughtful details, good amenities, and it's roomy and handy to shops and restaurants. I could keep going.

I loved starting the day with coffee in the garden, watching the birds and butterflies, and waking to birdsong. The view of the Canyon right outside my room was beautiful. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable, and I slept really well. I had dental work done in Costa Rica, and the staff at Vista Canyon Inn made smoothies and soft food available for me afterward. I appreciated how comfortable and cared for they made me feel while I recovered. Paola, Marsha, and the staff are wonderful. We will definitely come back next year.

We were a bit nervous since this was our first trip to Costa Rica, but the owner greeted us as soon as we arrived and put us at ease. We chose the hotel for its location, website photos, and connection with a dental company. It's well placed for getting into San Jose or heading to the Pacific Coast. Our room was very clean, and Dave, Marsha, Paola, and the rest of the staff took care of all our needs. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
