The location is fantastic, and the cooks are friendly and make good breakfasts. There’s a pool and air conditioning, but the hotel needs more cleaning and maintenance, and it smells musty. On the lovely side, you can spot howler monkeys behind the hotel, along with typical Costa Rican frogs, toucans, and parrots around the property.
