The rooms have everything we needed: air conditioning, a fan, a huge modern shower, and really comfortable beds. There’s even a small workout setup with dumbbells, a stepper, and mats. For the price, it felt like an incredible deal. What made Aduana House special was how easy it was to have space to ourselves while still joining in to cook, share drinks, or head out on trips. Juan, Fede, and Luisa welcomed us from the start and made us feel like family. The little dog was a very cute bonus. We felt completely at home and would happily recommend it. 100/10.

The common space has a kitchen and TV area, and the house is clean and roomy. It’s also close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We only stayed a couple of days, but it suited us perfectly. Our hosts were friendly and gave us useful ideas for places to eat and things to do, and answered our questions. I’d recommend it and plan to return.

Santa Teresa is where I’d pick this place first. The outdoor area and rooms were spotless, and everyone working there was genuinely helpful and lovely. I can’t recommend it enough.

After trying several places in Santa Teresa, this one was easily my favorite. The hosts were kind and helpful with everything, and they even invited us to a fantastic traditional dinner. It was the best experience we had in Costa Rica. Everything about our stay was perfect.

The host was so friendly and shared lots of useful tips for Santa Teresa. The place is close to the beach and some nice restaurants, and I thought it was well worth the price. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
