The beach is right nearby, and everything else we needed was close too. I stayed for a month in Santa Teresa, and this was easily my favorite hotel. My room was lovely and spotless, with one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. The staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful the whole time. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it if you’re visiting Santa Teresa.

We were on our honeymoon, and they surprised us with a bottle of CAVA to enjoy on the beach. That thoughtful gesture made for an incredible experience, regardless of the bottle’s value. Everyone was fantastic and caring, and they were also great at sharing useful local tips, including a good nearby Marisqueria, and helping us sort out transportation to the hotel.

The beach we liked best in the area was only a short walk away. Nearby, there’s “Bakery,” which is delicious, plus shops and a market just across the road. The hotel doesn’t have a bar or serve lunch or dinner, but you’re close to everything, and there’s a little spot on site to buy drinks and snacks. The team here made the biggest impression on us. Everyone was kind, helpful, and genuinely warm, more so than at the other hotels we visited on our trip. The rooms are clean and have a nice boutique feel, and the pool is a lovely place to unwind. Breakfast is simple, but has what you need to get going in the morning. We had a fantastic stay and are already planning to return.

Free, easy parking and a great location were a big plus, and we got fresh towels every day, including beach towels. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and wonderful, especially David. This was the best hotel we stayed at in Costa Rica, so I’m surprised it isn’t rated higher. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and our room was clean with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing: fresh fruit, yogurt, great coffee, and eggs or omelets made to order. Everyone was friendly and the service was excellent. Hotel Santa Tereza is also well placed, close to Playa Carmen and an easy walk from supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants like The Bakery. We’d happily stay here again.
