Alexandra arranged several excellent excursions for us before we arrived, which made the trip feel seamless and stress-free. During our stay, Nedley and Cristian were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help at the restaurant and bar. The customer service really made us feel welcome. Our family of four, including the kids, had a wonderful stay at Terrazas del Caribe. It’s a short walk to the beach, with lots of good restaurants nearby. The property is clean and well maintained, and the pool area with its full bar and kitchen is a lovely spot to relax. We’d absolutely stay here again and hope to return.

The room was really unpleasant because it smelled like drains the whole time. It was also very dark, with windows only in the bathroom. The hotel is fairly close to the beach, though, and breakfast was quite good with attentive staff. The pool looked nice, but we never tried it. There’s also a pool table and table tennis, which was good.

We had a large room with comfortable beds and a big terrace, and the staff were very friendly. The pool is lovely, and the beautiful beach is an eight-minute walk away. There weren’t vegetarian choices beyond a salad, but there are lots of restaurants about five minutes away by car.

The service was excellent, and everyone was so friendly and willing to do whatever they could for us. Our room was spacious and clean, with air conditioning and good shower pressure. The pool area was clean too, and it’s a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. I’d recommend it 100%.

We stayed for one night after Vrbo lost power, and everyone was very helpful. The free breakfast was a treat, with waiters and menu choices.
