The staff are still just as wonderful as I remembered, and the team is so welcoming and gets things done efficiently. I’ve visited before, and I could see how much the property had improved since my last stay. Already looking forward to going back. If you’re unsure, book it!

The pool was wonderful, and those views are breathtaking. Everything else was amazing too, from the rooms and food to the staff and bartender. Big thanks to Abigail, Ashley, Carlos, and Sam for being such a great team. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and just right. We really appreciate it all and can’t wait to return. Pura Vida!

We came from Australia for a wedding at Villa Buena and had a great time. With the large group facilities, open spaces, and no other villas close by, it felt like we had the rainforest to ourselves. The staff meals and service were outstanding. I’m into sports, so the short walk to a great lookout, fishing trips, and waterfall hikes was a nice bonus. For a local feel, the seafood restaurant and bar were lovely, and they made the best margaritas. Taking the provided golf cart down was so easy. We’ll be back!

We were a group of 14 and would happily stay here again. The house is gorgeous, but it’s the staff who make it so special. They’re incredibly kind and hardworking. Booking and email communication were easy from start to finish.

The food was top notch, and the pool was clean. The rooms were spacious and cool, too. There were 14 of us for a week, and the staff made us feel welcome and looked after. They made two birthdays and a proposal feel extra special, going above and beyond. I’m vegan, and they prepared some of the best meals just for me, with several plant based choices at each meal and dessert. I can’t recommend this place enough.
