The hostel looks nice, with a spacious common area, clean rooms, and bathrooms inside the dorms. The location is great too. Still, I didn’t enjoy my stay much. Someone took the beer I’d labeled in the shared kitchen on my first night, which was rude. I was hoping for a relaxed pool, but a family with three kids was playing and jumping in it when I went. I was surprised by how many families with young kids were there. I love kids, but that wasn’t the vibe I wanted. I did get in early one morning around noon, and pulled chunks of hair out of the water. By day three the pool was less clear, which was disappointing in such hot weather when I wanted to cool off. The dorm door also made a huge amount of noise and needs fixing. My roommate said she saw the guy staying with us pleasuring himself in the middle of the night. That’s one of the reasons I think dorms should always separate men and women. Maybe it’s fine for a short stay of up to three days, but I didn’t feel the atmosphere suited me. In my opinion, the hostel’s name doesn’t fit.
