Casita Corcovado Tropical Beach House

Cathy was the highlight of my stay at Casita Corcovado. She was warm and welcoming, knew the area really well, and gave us great suggestions for local tours, restaurants, and hidden gems I wouldn't have found on my own. There are also plenty of good places to eat nearby, so it was easy to try local food without going far. The casita was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. It's in a lush, peaceful spot surrounded by wildlife, yet only a short walk from the beach. If you're looking for a quiet place in a handy location with a personal touch, I'd absolutely stay here again.

The host was so warm and welcoming. The place is across from the famous Drake Bay sign, just steps from absolute paradise. There was so much to do, and I spent two weeks in Drake. What a great place.

The house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed making our meals in the kitchen and eating in the open-air dining room, and had a fun, restful stay. Cathy was attentive from the initial booking right through to the end. She answered our questions, helped us book a tour to Corcovado National Park, and showed us safe places where our young kids could splash in the water. They loved playing in the creeks that run into the ocean.

Cathy was such a sweet, thoughtful, and helpful host. I'm already looking forward to going back to Drake and seeing her again 😊 The location is handy too, right in front of the Drake Bay sign, just a few meters from the main beach where you can catch boats for almost all the tours that leave from there. Grocery stores and restaurants are only a few steps away.
