I’m reviewing the resort itself since our VRBO unit could have been different from the others. The guards at the gate were attentive, the facilities were clean, and we felt safe throughout the stay. The pool and common areas were clean too. I don’t know what more you could ask for. Thank you.

The beach resort and condos are aging, but nights were quiet. There are three pools and good security. Services in Coco are a 10-minute drive away.

From the top-floor corner unit, the balcony and living room both have panoramic sunset views over Ocotal beach in Costa Rica. It’s a clean, very nice two-bedroom, two-bathroom Airbnb, with a covered parking spot, and you can reach the beach in two minutes. The entrance doors have cameras and are fully secured. There’s a swimming pool, sunset views from the main bedroom, space for kids to play, and an outdoor BBQ area for relaxing with cold drinks. The territory is gated at the beach and guarded 24/7. I’ll show you a million-dollar sunset view. If you want a place like this, you better stay with me. You won’t find anything like it on the internet. It’s the best sunset-view apartment Airbnb offers in Ocotal Costa Rica.

Great in every way, except for a guy from Montana who is actively harming local wildlife. He’s extremely unpleasant to be around, and I wouldn’t want to be there when he is.
