A great deal for the money, and I’d stay here again. The pool, patio, and rooms were clean, the employees were so helpful, and the restaurant and housekeeping ladies were especially nice. The groundskeepers clean every day and are friendly too. There’s a small, pleasant view of Golfito shore, and the property is fenced for security. It’s a little outside Golfito, which suited me. The taxi ride to central town is about five minutes, and taxis are easy to find. The rooms were very affordable, and the cheese pizza an employee ordered for me from town was absolutely delicious. I was told the restaurant serves breakfast only in winter and opens for dinner in summer. For breakfast, if you’re staying several days, remember to get a ticket at reception each morning. I think it’s served from 6 to 9 am. One thing to watch for: small ants can get into your clothes if you leave luggage open. I’d take out what you need and seal the bags. I found there seemed to be fewer ants in rooms away from the pool.
