Ariel and Keran at the coffee shop were especially warm and welcoming, and everyone we met was kind and professional. It was our first visit to Costa Rica, and after many trips elsewhere we can’t recommend Crocs enough. We loved the food, pool, beach access, and convenient location. We’d found a great rate for the first part of our stay, then added an extra night because of the lovely setting and kind treatment. We’ll definitely be back. I’d like to see more non-alcoholic drinks, though. One tip: if you know locals and want them to join you, guests can get a low rate to visit your room and the hotel. The day pass cost goes toward casino play.

The roulette dealer made the visit especially fun. Our group was small, and they patiently showed the newer players how the game worked. I even left the table a winner! The casino floor was clean and modern, with plenty of electronic slots and table games, and it was convenient to use either US dollars or colones. We had a great time at Croc’s Resort & Casino, and it’s well worth checking out if you’re staying in Jaco.

We had such a good six-night stay. The room was clean, with a great ocean view, and the pool and other amenities were wonderful. We spent time at the pool bar with Andres, had breakfast on the second floor, and grabbed morning coffee at the cafe. The town is an easy walk, with lots of places nearby. Highly recommend.

After a full day of riding, this is a relaxing place to come back to. The pool, ocean views, and atmosphere are lovely, and it’s right on the beach in Jacó. We stayed at Croc’s Resort & Casino during one of our tours, and it’s always been a great experience. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the service is friendly and professional. The coffee shop was really nice, with great coffee and cakes, and the service there was excellent. The person at the hotel bar also gave good service. At the pool bar, though, I waited and was told at 6:02 that they had closed at 6, so I couldn’t get a cola. They did serve someone else who supposedly had paid earlier, according to the man in the red shirt, but I saw them sign the bill afterward. The food at the restaurants, including the $50 breakfast, wasn’t worth it. The prices aside, I just didn’t find it tasty, and I’d eat at restaurants or sodas in Jacó instead. Our room was supposed to have an ocean view, but the door and window couldn’t be opened, so there wasn’t much of a view. They upgraded us to a big, clean room with a balcony. Be sure to check the booking details if that matters to you. The beach was okay, though it wasn’t white like the beaches farther south near Manuel Antonio.
