Latica Lodge

We could have spent the whole trip at Latica Lodge and still had a relaxing, beautiful time. The pool alone was enough to keep us there all day. Everything felt peaceful, comfortable, and considered from the moment we arrived, and the place was welcoming and soul-soothing. The staff were outstanding, kind, thoughtful, and caring. Kerin, Oliver, and Luca made sure everyone was looked after. Luca is a wonderful chef who paid close attention and accommodated everyone so they could enjoy the food. That care made a real difference. The lodge feels personal and lovingly run, and every person we met made us feel welcome. Our Costa Rica trip was incredible in large part because of Latica. I can't recommend it enough, and I'm already dreaming of going back.

Karin and Oliver made us feel at home right away, and were ready to help with whatever would make our stay comfortable. Latica has everything I'd expect from a resort and more: themed air-conditioned rooms, fresh and nutritious meals from Chef Luca, a gorgeous pool, a treehouse, a trapeze, and thoughtful touches like the wishing tree. It's a beautiful property and a must-stay. I never wanted to leave!

The Duo Trapeze workshop was set in a beautiful spot, close to lovely beaches and surrounded by nature. The hosts and staff were genuinely friendly and hospitable, the pool was idyllic, and Luca's personalized cooking was outstanding. Cooper and Micro, the sweet, welcoming dog and kitty, deserve a special mention. I miss my own pets when I travel, so it was lovely having them around.

I traveled on my own and was especially grateful for how warmly Luca and the staff looked after me. Luca, the manager, was kind, attentive, and genuine. They made sure I felt comfortable, shared great recommendations, and helped create a sense of community that made the stay special. The property is peaceful, well kept, and surrounded by nature, with all the comforts I could want. From the minute I arrived, I felt safe and at home. Latica Lodge became a home away from home, and I left with unforgettable memories. I can't recommend it enough and will definitely return on my next Costa Rica trip!
