Indigo Yoga Resort

The girls were amazing, and the breakfast had the best spread, with so much to choose from. Staying here felt like being in paradise. I can’t recommend this hidden gem enough 🌺

The staff were great and gave us really good service. It’s in a peaceful spot about 10 minutes from Santa Teresa, and the place is good for the price. I’m not giving five stars because the shower pressure was weak, there were no pool towels, and nothing to eat or drink besides breakfast. Apparently yoga groups get extra services, including meals.

I spent three weeks here and had a wonderful time. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and the place itself beautiful. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the beach and some local restaurants and shops. The food was amazing, and the staff were wonderful and accommodating, especially Sergio, Stephanie and Marleni. I had a phenomenal massage, though the spa services are coordinated through reception. Check ahead about yoga, since there may not be any classes when you visit. I do wish they had an ATV on site. I’d definitely recommend it.

We stayed two weeks with two adults and two kids under six in a two bedroom place with a small separate kitchen, I think it was called a monkey room. The rooms were basic but nice, and we had fun with the outdoor shower. Still, the setup felt more like a hostel than a resort, with lots of small things that could have been better. There was no yoga at all because a teaching course was underway, something other reviews have mentioned too. Breakfast was the only food offered, and the rest of the day there was no food or cold drinks, just water. Staff and reception didn’t offer much help or guidance about the area, which is useful when you’re new there. The location is away from the main surf beach, and having a car is best. With young children, I’d look elsewhere.
