The couple running the hotel were so welcoming and accommodating. We didn’t stay there, but we’ll definitely try to on our next visit to Nosara. The cold plunge and sauna are well worth trying, especially for recovery. Everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was top notch. Give them a heads up and they can accommodate almost anything. Thanks for letting us enjoy your hotel and spa.

This was our favorite of the places we’ve stayed in Nosara. It was our third trip here but our first at Moana Surf, and next time I won’t bother looking at other hotels. Tali and the team were warm, caring, and incredibly helpful. When we had an early departure, they even paused their work to cook us breakfast. It was delicious each morning, with plenty of options. We stayed in Mar. The room was spacious and well appointed, and the light mint scent was a nice touch. For surfing, the location is ideal, with an easy, short walk through the protected zone to the beach. They also have a great quiver of boards for lessons.

The cold plunge and sauna were delightful. The place is lovely, with outdoor loungers and a shower. The sauna was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room to lie down. The plunge was icy and clean, and gave me the jolt I needed. Highly recommend, and the owner is lovely too.

Tali and her family have put so much care and attention into this place, and you can feel it as soon as you arrive. The landscaping is beautiful, with dozens of water features, a great spa, and a perfect location. Our room was 10/10, with one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. If you want to experience the best of Nosara, this is it. I can’t wait to return often.
