For about $55 a night, I got a small, plain, prison-like room. The sheets needed replacing and the bed was uncomfortable. With poor construction and a location beside the highway, there was no quiet all night. Half the price might have made me neutral, not positive. As it is, it feels like tourists and people needing a stopover are being ripped off. It’s a shame, because the owner is a nice guy apart from this 'business' he has.
A nice little inn.
It’s in a convenient spot, with a Pali supermarket next door where you can get anything you need. The room gets very hot, but there is air conditioning. Mine was a bit older, though I think there are newer rooms too.

The rooms we’re staying in have no WiFi, there aren’t enough sizes for each occupant, and the cable signal is terrible.
