The natural surroundings were beautiful, and we spent hours exploring, taking lovely photos of the wildlife, plants, and beaches. There was something picturesque around every corner, and our family pictures turned out special. From the moment we arrived, the owners treated us with genuine warmth and made us feel like family. We had a phenomenal time and left feeling refreshed, already planning another visit. It's a memorable, heartwarming experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.

We felt at home throughout our stay thanks to the friendly, accommodating staff. Casa Vito has spacious rooms, a delicious breakfast, and a wonderful beach right outside. It's peaceful, with only the howler monkeys likely to disturb you. The nearby beach is mostly visited by locals, and on weekdays you may be lucky enough to have it to yourself. It's also great for snorkeling, and Casa Vito provides free gear and beach mats. The location works well too, just a 10 minute walk to the town center. We'd definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay in Puerto Viejo.

Hotel Casa Vito was a highlight of our family trip to Costa Rica. We could walk to the beach in a few steps each morning and evening, and even played a few volleyball matches there. The hotel is also well placed for walks to local restaurants, shopping, and late night dancing. It made a great starting point for day trips to hiking, zip lining, nature reserves, and more. Book the stay!

Hotel Casa Vito was one of the best parts of our two week Costa Rica vacation, and a great place to wind down in September. The beach has calm ocean pools for relaxing or snorkeling, and we joined a guided snorkling adventure right off shore, where we saw lots of marine life. There are snorkling reefs and your own private beach, plus an awesome staff. Restaurants are walkable, and downtown is a very short tuk tuk ride away. The rooms aren't fancy, but they have cold air conditioning, fresh water, and hot showers. We spotted loads of lizards, including a huge iguana, as well as monkeys and a sloth. Breakfast was a simple amenity, but it was one less thing to think about while relaxing beachside. Thanks for sharing your hospitality and knowledge of the area. We'll be back!

The location is perfect, within walking distance of the town center and Playa Cocles, which is a Must See. The staff and owner were kind, friendly, and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, and everything was clean. A WonderFull Experience in All Ways. I HIGHLY Recommend Casa Vito ♥️
