The flat was really well equipped, and the place is very central. The pool was nice too. There were some families with children when I went, and they were quite loud, though that’s not something to blame on the hotel. I’m giving four stars because some of the reception staff weren’t friendly. Even though it’s a family place, they didn’t make me feel welcome at check-in or during my stay. One woman who was there for a day was very friendly, though.

The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were clean with excellent AC. They provided coffee and cold drinking water. The rooms are really nice, and the women who run the place were so friendly. They truly care about giving guests a great experience. I loved staying here.

Everyone on the crew is so nice and helpful, and the rooms are big enough. Great place to stay. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Puerto viejo 🤍🌴
