Juan Carlos was so friendly and helpful. He had switched on the room's a/c before we got there, which made for a really pleasant welcome. A lovely touch, and we'll come back.

The host was friendly and gave us useful information, and there's a pool on the side as a bonus. The location is in a safer neighborhood, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket, almost central to everything. The place itself wasn't the greatest, but we just needed somewhere to sleep. It is quite pricey, though near the beach, so you can't win.

Total disappointment, the worst place in Puntarenas. Water from the faucet came out onto the shower floor. The owner came into my room while I was in the bathroom, before I had even finished checking out. They said there was parking, but that wasn't true, and cars blocked the way out, making it hard to leave in an emergency.

I've never had worse customer service anywhere in the world. The host was rude, and although there were five of us, we got only two towels. They said we'd have to pay extra for the other three. They also charged for parking even though we were staying there. The place was ugly and not really clean, with very poor service. Don't go.
