Frente al mar Loft

La casa is really lovely and brought back childhood memories. I used to walk past it on the sidewalk and never imagined I'd spend a night there. Still, I didn't like how I was treated. The owner or person in charge seemed unconcerned and could improve the way they deal with people. They charged me a little more than the supposed VAT amount. Who claims to own a Casa de Habitation, so they don't pay municipal business or tourism licenses, and then doesn't give me an invoice after I paid? It seems the blessed tax they charged just goes into their pocket. I might like to visit again someday, though.

The room and location were fine, but we couldn't use the kitchen because it was infested with cockroaches. They fumigated and cleaned, yet seeing dead insects all over the place was disgusting. It was a bad experience for two days. Very careless.

We loved this B&B and highly recommend it. Vanessa and her husband welcomed us so warmly and looked after us beautifully from the moment we arrived. They're kind and helpful. The room had air conditioning, which was wonderful in Puntarenas' sweltering heat. The kitchen was well equipped, and the quiet street had a lovely sea view and beautiful sunsets. Thank you, Vanessa! 10/10, the hosts were very friendly and the apartment had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The beachfront location was ideal, and I enjoyed a beautiful sunset and a walk along the beach.
