At least this place is fairly close to the ferry. We got in by sheer luck after catching the 10 pm boat back from the islands. Banging on the gate somehow got the owners’ attention. They don’t speak English, but Google Translate worked well enough. The room had three big beds, which meant we each got our own, a relief after Booking.com glitches had squeezed three of us onto a queen bed. Otherwise, it was a strange stay. The rooms were large but creepy, dirty, and cracked. The bathroom wasn’t as bad as some reviews made it sound, but it was small. The water was freezing, and we all got out in under a minute. The Wi-Fi was barely usable.

For a quick overnight, it wasn’t terrible, and the room was roomy with beds that weren’t awful. We were also close to the boat we needed to catch. But there were no blankets, the bathroom and shower weren’t great, and the room smelled strongly of sewage all night. For what we paid, we expected a little better.

We arrived after dark and the welcome wasn’t great. There was a strong fish smell outside, thankfully not in the room. The room itself was clean, big, and basic. Wi-Fi worked, and the AC worked too, though it wasn’t very powerful.

The place looks like a junk yard, and once the gate shuts at night, there’s no re-entry. The room was clean, but creepy, with hard beds and tiny towels. Our shower ran out of water. Never again :(

I’m not sure what this place is being rated on. It doesn’t even have a reception you could really call a reception.
