La Villa Mar y Sol

It can be hard to find, but getting there is worth the effort. Follow the directions and keep going until you see the building. The place is gorgeous, and having coffee while listening to the birds is beautiful. The pool is delicious, and once you arrive, it feels like Paradise.

The staff were joyful and took lovely care of the place. I’m giving it four stars because the kitchen equipment runs on propane, but there’s no exhaust fan in the apartment. The propane tank is under the sink, which feels very dangerous, and there’s no monoxide detector.

We stayed in Jaguar and soaked up the beautiful views. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were so friendly. My favorite thing was the daily visits from macaws, toucans, and hummingbirds. I love this house and will definitely be back ♥️

There’s lots of wildlife and the views are amazing, with a great location about halfway between Manuel Antonio and Quepos. The place has four separate units, so you can rent the amount of space you need or the whole property for a large group. The concierge and staff are friendly and helpful with arranging adventures. A private chef is available too, and I highly recommend one.
