The staff were wonderful and went way beyond what they had to do after I was badly injured on arrival in Quepos. The manager personally took me to a private hospital, and another staff member stayed with me while I was treated. As a solo female traveler, that care meant a lot. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in Costa Rica, and the pool area is stunning. Macaws flying over in the morning was very cool. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating, and made sure I was comfortable and looked after. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

The rooftop pool is a great place to spend a hot day, and our tour group had a lovely time up there. The hot tub and pool weren’t heated in mid-November, though, so the hot tub wasn’t hot at all. That was disappointing. Staff were very helpful. My room had AC, a fan, and a safe, and the bed was decent, though there were no hangers in the closet. Breakfast had lots of options and was good. The location is convenient for downtown and an easy walk to the marina.

The rooftop pool was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked well, there was hot water, and breakfast was a delicious American-style one. Mornings were loud, and having to take the bus for $1 USD got annoying.
