The pool is nice, and this cute little boutique hotel is conveniently located, but a few things were seriously off. It took hours for the room to cool down, and the mini-splits were the noisiest I've ever heard. Sleeping was hard with them running, but turning them off wasn't an option. The bathroom was a complete fail. There was hardly any clearance around the door and sink, and the toilet sat only 2 or 3 inches from the glass shower door. You'd better be left-handed!

We spent a week here and loved the spacious, clean, comfortable apartment and the wonderful staff. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, though there are excellent restaurants nearby if you don't feel like making food. The beach, groceries and other essentials are all close. We'll definitely return.

The pool area was gorgeous, and everything was easy to reach on foot, from the beach to restaurants and grocery stores. We stayed four nights on our first trip to Samara and would happily come back. The property was clean and well kept, the staff were responsive and helpful, and it seemed to be one of the more upscale places in the area.

The food was excellent and freshly made, and the staff were super friendly. Our room was clean and nice, and the beach was within walking distance. A huge plus is that they also have a catamaran and a diving school!

The location and pool were great, but the room was a basic apartment, nothing special, and definitely not "luxury" as the advertising makes it sound. It wasn't particularly clean either. The windows are almost nonexistent, which is a real problem with the noisy road nearby.
