The room only had two beds and a small dresser, so it felt like a lot to pay for what was there. The TV reception was terrible, and there was no hot water. On top of that, the air conditioner made noise all night, and I couldn't find an emergency number.

We stayed nearly a month, and manager Jeff and the hardworking staff made us feel at home. Jeff was so hospitable and kind, and I wish I could name everyone who helped us. Thank you all, and happy new year2022!! Pura Vita! We tried three hotels in the San Isidor's area, and this was easily our favorite. The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and beautiful, and the outside was lovely too. There's a huge pool, a nice area to walk your pet, breakfast and service every morning, plus another restaurant on the property that's open until 10 pm. It works well for singles and families alike. The warm, friendly atmosphere is what we loved most. I bet you wouldn't find another place like it in all of Costa Rica. They treated us like family!

The different pools for kids are perfect for them. The food, though, was terrible. Our chicken wings and fish fingers were tasteless and raw, and the price was far too high.

We paid 7975 crc, but when they gave us the change they rounded the bill up to 8000. The food was below acceptable too. My salad tasted bad, and I only ate half my plate because I was hungry. A friend thought her chicken wings might be spoiled after tasting them. Another friend's order was wrong, but he didn't want a replacement and they still charged him full price, actually more than that. I'm never going back, and I'll tell everyone I know to stay away.
