There are only 3 parking spots on the street for all the guests. The room I got wasn't the one I booked, and it was behind a building with an old, weed-covered empty pool. Trains nearby were very loud, and with no insulation I could hear people talking outside, so getting any rest was difficult. The towels looked old and nasty, and the staff were not friendly at all. I suspect many of the website reviews may be fake. Two stars is the most this place deserves. Never staying here again.

The location and price were good, but the stay was rough. The furniture and facilities were very old, the floor was terrible, and noise from outside made it hard to sleep. The bedclothes didn't feel fresh, and ants were crawling on the bed.

It was very hot and humid in the room, and there was no AC. The beds were uncomfortable and noisy, the building was loud, and I killed a cockroach. I was glad I speak intermediate Spanish, since the staff didn't speak English. On the plus side, it's incredibly cheap, in a good neighborhood, and the staff member was a nice guy who helped call us a cab.

Check-in was quick, and parking was just a couple of meters away rather than on the property. We stayed in room number 4. It was clean, and the hotel was nice, though the room and bathroom were a little small. I guess that's part of turning a house into a hotel. A nice budget stay.

We had to leave after a few hours because the dust or mold set off my asthma and caused a severe attack. The room was dirty, with mold on the walls and huge cockroaches everywhere. When we told the young man at reception what was going on, he didn't comment or offer another room. Terrible experience.
