The beds and bedding felt cheap, and there’s no A/C. If you’re lucky, you get one towel. Customer service was awful. When you complain, they basically tell you to leave. They don’t know how to run this place.

I like staying in this condo complex for business trips, since the condos are spacious and nicer than hotel rooms at a similar price. I’ve visited many times, most recently about two weeks ago, and I’m coming back next week. The pool and views are terrific, and it’s in a great part of San jose. Maid service, internet, and some basic supplies can be hit or miss. The staff are very friendly, though, and patience and communication usually get things sorted out. For kitchen spills, paper towels in each unit would help. I’ve suggested it, but don’t expect that to happen, so I’ll buy a roll at the AM/PM right next door.

There was hardly any staff around. Our door jammed and took 30 minutes to fix, with nobody at the front desk. After dinner and drinks, we got back at 3am and no one opened the gate, so we had to walk around to get inside. The rooms had no A/C or porch with chairs like the listing said. When we asked for an iron and ironing board, they told us it wasn’t a hotel. A very weird place.

Really bad stay. There was no internet, and the reception man wasn’t helpful to me at all. He couldn’t fix the problem. It seemed like the internet had been down for a long time, but the place gave the impression that it wasn’t supposed to have internet in the first place.
